Call 999 immediately if there is a life-threatening emergency, a serious crime is in progress, or someone is in immediate danger.

Medical Emergencies (Ambulance) Call 999 for medical issues if a life is at risk or immediate intervention is needed

Public Safety (Police) Call 999 for police assistance when:

A crime is currently in progress or the offender is still at the scene.
There is a direct, immediate threat of violence.
A person's safety is compromised or someone is experiencing a mental health crisis and poses a risk to themselves or others.
A road traffic collision has resulted in serious injury or poses a dangerous hazard.
